Retirement of ONOS
@Abhilash Lakshmeshwar to check the BBSIM VGC pipelines. any update here? Place of the VGC pipelines?
The VGC BBSIM pipelines are almost fixed, few minor changes in test suite needs to be done which will be done soon.
The VGC pipelines are fixed.
@Abhilash Lakshmeshwar will check if the team can put some resources around it.
@Serkant Uluderya can we organize a meeting about wishlist, future roadmap.
VOLTHA HW Tests
AWS is back, the HW tests need to be checked. @Abhilash Lakshmeshwar will check the jobs. Any update here?

The problem with the Jenkins plugin is solved.

Github action update
BBSIM jobs are still in progress. Converting the sanity tests right now. It’s the biggest one.
tickets are completed. templates are pushed to the gerrit repo. need to do some implementation examples. @Eric Ball will let the team know when the team can help with completing the job.
What is the next step?
After the release Eric will start merging ONOS jobs.
Sanity tests is still ongoing.
After code freeze Abhilash will check if someone can help Eric with the remaining tasks.
@Eric Ball and @Serkant Uluderya will work offline to create an example.

Thanks @Eric Ball , the plugin issue is not fixed, but the pipelines still fail, @Abhilash Lakshmeshwar to check this further.

Eric to publish the excel sheet which lists the jobs in Jenkins to be transitioned to github actions.
Eric has started to create Jira tickets for each job. Completed.

AT&T and TT workflows are not tested with VGC.
2.15 release still include ONOS and VGC together.
We should start testing with TT first and then remove ONOS.

Because of the AWS problem, the pipeline is not running.
AWS is back, the pipelines are being checked.
VOLTHA HW Tests
After certification problem is resolved, a new issue raised about helm-charts.
The problem is located and fixed (https://gerrit.lfbroadband.org/c/voltha-helm-charts/+/36547) but could not publish the new helm-charts because of an underlying AWS problem. (https://charts.onosproject.org/ is currently down)
LF team is trying to recover the account and trying to setup the automated billing process.

current issues
A web search (on google or alike) for “VOLTHA releases” still takes me to https://docs.voltha.org/master/overview/releases.html which hasn’t been updated since YE2023.
Searching for “VOLTHA meetings” is not much better. The old docs.voltha.org comes up as primary hit…
We link to docs.voltha.org from our LFBB web page, but not recursively. People get the impression the path ended there…
The link to the VOLTHA mailing list on https://lfbroadband.org/projects/voltha/ seems dead (404)
The new LFBB is not commonly found on search engines. Beyond web search, I guess, that also distracts commonly used AI chatbots…
