Retirement of ONOS
AT&T and TT workflows are not tested with VGC.
2.15 release still include ONOS and VGC together.
We should start testing with TT first and then remove ONOS.

VOLTHA HW Tests, k8s problem
Serkant has contacted with BISDN
K8s certificates are expired, new ones are created by BISDN
Serkant will update the certificates.
certificates are updated, issue is now resolved.
Github action update
Eric to publish the excel sheet which lists the jobs in Jenkins to be transitioned to github actions.
Eric has started to create Jira tickets for each job.
BBSIM jobs are still in progress.
New vendor OLTs to be integrated. BISDN to come up with how a new vendor OLT to be integrated to the lab, needs some documents.
New wiki page to be created for the new OLT integration. Serkant will create the new page.
In progress, trying to understand if a new OLT can be connected by BISDN.

The new issue is due to bitnami images for kafka/etcd/redis/zookeeper have changed, https://github.com/bitnami/containers/issues/83267 . we will have to update the registry details . Patchset for changes : https://gerrit.lfbroadband.org/c/voltha-helm-charts/+/36006

TST are fine with moving from Jenkins to Github actions
@Eric Ball to start the transition from Jenkins to Github actions for BBSIM repo to start with.
Eventually all the repos jobs will be migrated to Github actions and so will the periodic runs.

Jan Klare reported that the certificate for chats.opencord.org has expired again. He wrote “Similarly to last time, all tests, and setups that are trying to pull vOLTHA helm charts will fail until this is repaired. Since charts.opencord.org is publicly reachable, we recommend switching the certificate issuing authority to letsencrypt (https://letsencrypt.org/ ) and configure auto-renewal, to avoid this issue in the future.”

Eric’s comment on the task https://jira.linuxfoundation.org/plugins/servlet/desk/portal/2/IT-28238: It looks like this is failing due to updated requirements in voltha-system-tests. These were updated by me to fix a build issue that was affecting the voltha-docs, but it looks like pipelines like this that are running on old Ubuntu 18.04 systems can't pull in the latest versions of some software. I think the solution may be to just unpin some of the requirements, or at least loosen the restrictions (e.g. this is failing on flake8 7.2.0 installation, so we could just limit it to a version equal to or less than that one, so that we don't run into future incompatibility, but can still adapt to older OSs).
The rleated voltha-system-tests patch is https://gerrit.opencord.org/c/voltha-system-tests/+/35735/4/requirements.txt. There are several dependency changes in this patch. some other dependencies -other than flake8- may fail. What are the possible options for fixing?
unpin some of the requirements, or at least loosen the restrictions
upgrading pipelines to newer versions of Ubuntu?

Couple of pipelines needs to updated, and some documentation on VOLTHA getting started.
Abhilash to sync up with Serkant and Mahir and come up with the pipelines which needs to be updated and the VOLTHA documentation which needs to be corrected.
