SEBA RD Update 2024

In 2024, the SEBA/VOLTHA community decided it was time to update the existing SEBA RD v2.0. The VOLTHA Technical Steering team decided the new version would be published as a technical document under a Creative Commons 4.0 license. A working group has been created and meets weekly to discuss updates and collaborate. This update work is open to all members of the LF Broadband community who wish to contribute.
